1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products, code templates, guides, and software assets provided by Hatsalsa, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") through this website. By completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (or other designated authorized reseller), who processes payments, calculates applicable taxes, handles currency conversions, and manages customer billing inquiries.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
All items offered on this storefront are digital-only products, licenses, and in-app features (such as premium themes, customization assets, and software unlocks). Delivery occurs electronically immediately upon payment confirmation via in-app activation, license key, or digital access grant. No physical products are shipped.
4. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and utilize the purchased digital assets for personal and commercial projects. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or package the source assets into a competing marketplace or digital bundle.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD (or local equivalent) and are subject to change without notice. All applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST will be calculated and displayed during checkout by the Merchant of Record.
